The Student Training Enrolment Logistics Application (STELA) is an online application for training providers to fulfil their AVETMISS reporting requirements.
Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) can apply to become a Skills for All Training Provider by requesting a system login using the Request for access to DFEEST online application form (PDF)
