You and your employer may decide that it is necessary to change your training provider. It might be that the provider hasn’t been offering the service expected, or that mid-way through the term of the contract, they stop delivering the qualification in South Australia.

If you and your employer agree, you also need to advise the old and new training provider that you intend to change.

The new training provider will need to negotiate a new training plan for you and submit this to TAS.

Your new training provider will know how to lodge a new training plan with TAS, but you and your employer will need to agree to it and sign it.

To apply to change to a new training provider, complete the Transfer to a new RTO application form and send it to TAS using the fax, email or postal address on the form.

TAS will notify you in writing when the change to your contract has been approved.
