Only TAS can terminate a Training Contract. TAS will generally approve a termination application if both the employer and the apprentice/trainee agree to the termination.

To apply to terminate the Training Contract, complete the Termination or withdrawal application form.

It is recommended that you call Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services on
1800 673 097 to be advised of the process and your rights and obligations. You will be notified of the TAS decision to approve the termination in writing.
