A Training Contract may only be terminated by Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services, under delegation from the Training and Skills Commission, or by order of the South Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
To apply to terminate your Training Contract, complete the termination application form and send it to Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services (TAS) using the instructions on the form. A termination application will generally be approved if both you and your employer agree to the termination. You will be notified of the outcome of your application in writing.
The South Australian Industrial Relations Commission may also order the termination of a Training Contract following the lodgement of a dispute or grievance with them.
