Only TAS can terminate a training contract. TAS will generally approve a termination application if both the employer and the apprentice/trainee agree to the termination.

To apply to terminate the training contract, call Traineeship and Apprenticeship Services.

TAS will explain how to apply and send you the necessary application form.

You will be notified of the TAS decision to approve the termination in writing.
