The Aboriginal Apprenticeship and Mentoring Program
The Aboriginal Apprenticeship and Mentoring Program (AAMP) can connect you with Aboriginal people who are looking to do an apprenticeship or traineeship.
The AAMP keeps a register of Aboriginal job seekers, including people who have had pre-apprenticeship training.
Once you have signed up an apprentice or trainee, the AAMP provides a mentoring service to help them throughout their training contract to help ensure successful completion.
This program operates across metropolitan and regional areas and is free of charge.
