Technology Career Programs

  • SA Power Networks – Taster Program - SA Power Networks jointly supports two career pathways programs with the Department of Education and Child Development to encourage young people to consider a career in electro-technology.

Technology Education

  • Get into Genes  An award winning interactive education program for secondary school students, highlighting the application of biotechnology to crop improvement.
  • Formula1 Technology Challenge - A worldwide secondary school technology program involving students as young as 10 designing, testing and making miniature F1 cars capable of 80km/h. An action learning program which focuses on developing long term employability skills, getting students interested and involved in engineering, design, science and math related classroom activity.
