Applications are currently being accepted from eligible training providers with a Head Agreement to deliver Qualification Quotas and Qualification Projects for
2018-19.

Eligible training providers can apply for training places in:

Qualification Quotas

Qualification Quotas provide subsidies on an annual basis for training places with a specific training provider in selected courses, for delivery during the
2018-19 financial year.

Qualification Projects

Qualification Projects provide subsidies for a limited number of training places within a time defined standalone project. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis until 30 April 2019. There are two project streams:

  • Work-Based Projects - driven by training providers in response to job opportunities identified by employers, either via participants taking entry level positions, or demonstrable additional hours of work for existing employees, or upskilling existing workers to support job creation for new entrants.
  • Targeted Projects - provide flexibility for training providers to develop projects to target vulnerable cohorts who are seeking to enter the workforce or undertake an apprenticeship or traineeship pathways.
