Contracting through WorkReady

Information about the WorkReady contracting model for training and service providers.

WorkReady Head Agreement

A Head Agreement allows providers to apply to deliver subsidised activities through WorkReady.

Providers can apply to deliver:

  • Accredited subsidised activities, under an Accredited Training Service Agreement (ATSA)
  • Non-accredited subsidised activities, under an Employment Projects Service Agreement (EPSA)

If a provider is applying to deliver both accredited and non-accredited activities, they will require both agreements.

To apply see WorkReady Service Provider Head Agreement

Once you have been issued a Head Agreement, you can then apply for an Accredited Training Service Agreement (ATSA) and/or an Employment Projects Service Agreement (EPSA) depending on the activites you wish to deliver.

Accredited Training Service Agreement (ATSA) Employment Projects Service Agreement (EPSA)

An ATSA allows providers to deliver accredited subsidised training through WorkReady.

An ATSA is required to deliver:

  • WorkReady Qualification Quotas
  • WorkReady Qualification Projects
  • Jobs First Employment Projects (with an accredited training component)

Providers will receive a schedule for each approved project.

For more information about the ATSA and to apply for activities funded under this agreement, see Accredited Training Service Agreement.

An EPSA allows providers to deliver non-accredited subsidised activities through WorkReady.

An EPSA is required to deliver:

  • Jobs First Employment Projects (with a non-accredited training or support component)
  • Career Services

Providers will receive an annexure for each approved project.

For more information about the EPSA and to apply for activities funded under this agreement, see Employment Projects Service Agreement.
