Workshop Description: This workshop alignsthe ‘RTO Business Model’ to VET standards and practice by linking an RTO’s business practice to job roles and the Quality Standards.

- Management systems are responsive to the needs of clients, staff and stakeholders, and the environment in which the RTO operates
- RTO adheres to access and equity principles and maximises outcomes for its clients
- RTO provides quality training and assessment across all its operations
- RTO has governance arrangements in place
- The systems in place to utilise the RTO standards efficiently
- RTO policies and procedures are designed to good business practice
- VET practitioners are aware of how the RTO standards relates to their everyday job roles and responsibilities
- The outcomes of the workshop are designed to improve business practice, empower VET staff and improve the quality of service provided to clients
