Workshop Description: What is skills recognition? This workshop will explore ‘RPL Done Well’ and focuses on supporting the learner during a positive skills recognition process. The workshop explores principles of RPL, examples and case studies of good practice. The workshop will provide an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of this important aspect of assessment and how skills recognition can support successful outcomes in training.
