Workshop Description: Does your internal RTO audit process create positive and identifiable outcomes that facilitate continuous improvement?
This workshop provides opportunity to review RTO’s Internal recording processes against the National Standards Skills Council auditing processes and discuss strategies for creating ongoing systems and processes that improve client services, the quality of your training and assessment, and the RTO business.
Conducting an internal audit is not just about meeting regulatory standards and State Training Authority requirements; it’s about creating positive and identifiable outcomes that facilitate continuous improvement.
