Claiming payments for apprentices and trainees​

With the launch of Skills for All in 2012, limited 'Teach Out' User Choice Funding Agreements will be offered.

RTOs with existing User Choice Funding Agreements

RTOs who are training apprentices and trainees are expected to become Skills for All Training Providers if they wish to continue to receive South Australian Government funding for training.

User Choice claims and payments will be processed through VETA until December 2013.

Travel and accommodation allowance

The State Government may contribute towards the travel and accommodation costs of an apprentice or trainee you are training, if they live more than 150km from the closest approved training provider. It is not intended to cover their total travel and accommodation costs.
