Artisanal Food and Beverage project

Increased popularity of regional, local and niche produce such as cheese, fermented foods, beer, cider and distilled spirits has identified skills and knowledge gaps in current qualifications, skill sets and units from the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package.

This project will address food safety and manufacturing processes in these growing niche markets.
