1. Before project delivery commences

1.1. Enrolling participants in a project

1.1.1. Eligibility

Participant eligibility is outlined in the Guidelines for ACE Workforce Transitions Pathways Projects.

1.1.2. Participant Commencement Form

A Participant Commencement Form must be completed and signed by each participant in an ACE Workforce Transitions Pathways Project, before they commence project activities.

Completed forms must be kept by the service provider. A participant only needs to complete this form once per Project.

1.2. Marketing, Promotion and Publicity Guidelines

Providers must comply with the Marketing, Promotion and Publicity Guidelines when developing advertising materials or promoting their project.

The Guidelines provide direction to Providers in relation to requirements for all advertising and promotion material, including websites and social media; logos, including use and technical specifications; and contact details for media advice and assistance.

For advice and approvals for advertising content email dsd.acec@sa.gov.au

2. During project delivery

2.1. Reporting Spreadsheet

The Reporting Spreadsheet assist Providers to report on project participants and activity, and submit claims for payment.

2.2 STELA Enrolment form

Like other ACE Programs, any accredited or non-accredited training activity needs to be recorded into STELA.

3. Completion of project

3.1. Participant Exit Form

A Participant Exit Form must be completed and signed by each participant upon their completion or withdrawal from an ACE Workforce Transitions Pathways Project.

Service providers are required to enter participant exit information onto the reporting spreadsheet. Service providers are not required to submit hard copy or scanned Participant Exit Forms to DSD but must retain the forms for audit purposes.

3.2. Final Report

DSD requires Providers to review ACE Workforce Transitions Pathways Projects upon completion, and document this in the Final Report.

After the Project Completion Date, we will email the Final Report to you for completion.

3.3. Acquittal Report

The EPSA requires Providers to complete an Acquittal Report for funding received upon completion of a Jobs First Employment Project.

After the Project Completion Date, we will email an Acquittal Report template to you for completion.
