The Apprenticeship and Traineeship onLine Application System (ATLAS) allows you to monitor and manage your apprenticeship or traineeship training contracts online.

ATLAS capabilities

ATLAS is an online portal which provides you access to your apprenticeship or traineeship training contract details.

Using ATLAS, you can:

  • update your information
  • submit or respond to applications to change your training contract(s)

If you submit an application to change a training contract via ATLAS, each of the other parties to the training contract (e.g. the employer, apprentice or trainee) will receive a notification to log in and respond to your application.

If you are an apprentice, trainee, parent, guardian or employer, request access to the ATLAS Portal using this form.

If you are a representative of a Registered Training Organisation or Apprenticeship Network Provider, request access to the ATLAS Portal using the form attached below.

Access using Mobile

Access a simplified version of ATLAS on your mobile phone or tablet to quickly respond to applications to change your training contract.

If another party to your training contract, such as your employer, submits an application to change your training contract, you will receive an SMS request to log in to ATLAS to respond.

The full version of ATLAS is available when you access on a desktop computer or laptop. This allows you to submit and respond to applications to vary your training contract(s) or employer registration, and to update your details online.
