The Vocational Education and Training Application (VETA) is an online portal that provides access to Skills for All Student Profile, training accounts and payments, training contracts and user choice.
In 2012, VETA replaced ATIS.
VETA Training Sessions
Skills for All training providers use VETA online portal to create Student Profile, allocate a Skills for All Student Number, and create and edit training accounts. Training sessions will also cover claims and payments.

Skills for All training providers can set up student profiles and student training accounts and view payments.
User choice RTOs
RTOs delivering training to 'continuing' apprentices or trainees can:
- manage transitioning user choice arrangements
- make online claims for funding
- view scope for delivery under user choice transitioning arrangements
- complete and submit acquittal reports.
Can view, print and export data relating to all South Australian training contracts for which you are the nominated training provider.
A training plan is an integral RTO responsibility when delivering training to apprentices and trainees. It details the formal training an apprentice or trainee will receive from a training provider. A training contract will be assessed only after a training plan is lodged via VETA .
Australian Apprenticeship Centres and Group Training Organisations
Australian Apprenticeship Centres and Group Training Organisations will continue to view details of South Australian training contracts. Australian Apprenticeship Centres must have a client approval signed by the trainee or apprentice before accessing information.
